We offer multiple self defence classes in Bristol, at the Bristol Titans Krav Maga Academy we run 3 x 90 minute adult classes per week, if you miss a session you can make it up the following week and you have total flexibility which session you want to come in on!
Mondays: Krav Maga Stand up and Ground Combatives 7.00pm – 8.30pm – for the student who wants to sharpen their ground game. We believe at the core of self defence the student needs to have the ability to fight, to defend themselves at all ranges whether in the clinch, on the ground, against a weapon or a multiple opponent situation!
Tuesdays and Thursdays 7.30 – 9pm Krav Maga hand to hand combatives, wrestling, scenario drills, assaults, weapons and more – whilst delivering a hard core workout that anyone can do!
