Krav Maga Classes for Women in Bristol
While we don’t offer separate women-only sessions, many of our members are women — and all our Krav Maga classes are inclusive, beginner-friendly, and supportive. You’ll train alongside men and women in a safe, ego-free environment designed to build confidence and real-world self-defence skills.
Krav Maga is a practical self-defence system developed by the Israeli military and practiced around the world. It’s built to work under pressure — no matter your size, strength, or experience level.

Our Class Schedule
We run four adult classes per week at our Kingswood location. All sessions are suitable for women and men of any experience level.
Class Times:
- Tuesdays: 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM
- Wednesdays: 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM
- Thursdays: 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM
- Fridays: 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM
