While Bristol Titans doesn’t offer women-only classes, we warmly welcome women to join our mixed-gender Krav Maga classes. Training alongside both men and women is an essential part of learning self-defense in realistic settings, better preparing you for real-life scenarios.

Our Class Schedule

We offer mixed-gender adult Krav Maga classes four nights a week at our Kingswood location. These classes are suitable for adults of all ages, genders, and skill levels. Our welcoming and ego-free environment ensures that everyone feels comfortable and supported.

  • Wednesdays: 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM
  • Thursdays: 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM
