Combat Grappling in Bristol
Real-World Ground Fighting for Self-Defence and Survival
At Bristol Titans Krav Maga, our Combat Grappling programme blends the technical control of grappling with the practical intensity of real-world violence. It’s not BJJ for points or sport—it’s ground fighting designed for survival, integrating elements of submission grappling, no-gi jiu-jitsu, wrestling, and striking.
Whether you’re standing, clinching, or on the ground, we train you to stay safe, control your attacker, escape danger, or finish the fight—fast.

What Is Combat Grappling?
Combat Grappling is a hybrid system built for self-defence, not competition. You’ll learn how to:
- Avoid being taken down
- Stay on your feet
- Control or submit an attacker on the ground
- Use strikes effectively in grappling scenarios
- Escape if a third party or weapon enters the fight
This system is ideal for anyone who wants realistic ground skills that work in the chaos of a street confrontation—not just on the mats.
